Our Story.
Northside Church is a new church serving Holmes County and surrounding areas. We were planted from the ministry of Genoa Church in Westerville, Ohio.
Our opening Sunday was April 7, 2024. We currently have two Sunday morning services at 9am and 10:30am.
Our lead pastor, Dan Wigton, is originally from Columbus, Ohio. He moved his family to Holmes County in 2017 to join the staff at NewPointe Community Church, where he served for seven years. Before moving to Millersburg, Dan served as the lead pastor for Macedonia Baptist Church in Owensboro, Kentucky, and also Lima Baptist Temple in Lima, Ohio. He has a seminary degree from Liberty University in Bible and Church Planting. Dan is passionate about teaching the Bible and making disciples through the building up of godly families in the church.

The Bible is God’s Word, and therefore it is trustworthy as the complete and final authority for our beliefs and actions. We allow it to challenge and shape us through teaching, groups, in our daily devotion, and through ongoing disciple-making.
